Office Visit

WROC is committed to providing quality care to our patients. Hence we allocate 20 minutes for a follow up appointment and 60 minutes for a new patient appointment.

Urgent visit: Established patients who require an urgent visit for arthritis flare are recommended to inform the medical assistant or front desk staff about their condition. We will do our best to work you in that same day or at the earliest available opening.

What to bring: Patients are recommended to bring a photo identification card and insurance card for every office visit. Patients are recommend to bring copies of any recent labs, X ray reports or other medical information you would like our physician to review.

Information: Patients are recommended to update contact information, insurance information and pharmacy information upon check in at the front desk staff.

Insurance: Established patients are recommended to inform us if there are any changes to their health insurance plan or have had a lapse in insurance coverage. Failure to inform us will result in delay or denial in insurance payment. All copayments are due on the date of service. Deductibles and co insurance payments that are not covered by insurance will be collected on the date of service. Patients are recommended to contact the office ahead of the visit if there are any specific questions regarding referrals or insurance coverage.

Prescriptions refills:  We encourage patients to have all prescriptions refilled at the time of the office visit to ensure an uninterrupted medication schedule.

Pharmacy information: Patients are recommended to provide us with pharmacy name and phone number at the time of the office visit and to update us of any changes in pharmacy information.
